VISITING GRITAN

AgroCentre’s specialists are gearing up for the new agricultural season. In early February, sales representatives of Krasnodar branch visited a modern enterprise Gritan in Stavropol area attending a training seminar on the entire equipment range of the Russian manufacturer.

Founded in 2010, Gritan offers farmers versatile, energy-efficient machinery which ensures high performance and makes for a shift to resource-saving technologies without extra costs.

During the training, Gritan’s experts gave lectures elaborating on the basic components, assembly units and technical features of the equipment. To consolidate the knowledge, AgroCentre’s employees inspected grain reloading bunkers at the production site where hundreds of these machines roll off the line every year.

‘We have started cooperating with Gritan just recently. For 13 years, the company has been providing Russian farmers with quality agricultural machinery, the use of which guarantees high efficiency. Today, we have visited its modern factory which meets world standards in transportation engineering. All the flow processes here are integrated into an effective production cycle to result in making first-class machines’, says Sergey Lushnikov, Head of Krasnodar branch, AgroCentreLiski.

Currently, five unique Gritan models are available for the company’s clients: the BNP-201 (20 m³), BNP-301 (30 m³), BNP-401 (40 m³), BNP-501 (50 m³) and PNP-301 (30 m³). Gritan PNP-301 grain reloading semi-trailers comply with the Technical Regulations of the Customs Union 031/2012, which distinguishes them from other machines and facilitates their use on public roads. All the units have a discharge auger rate of 500 tonnes per hour.

Gritan grain reloading bunkers with a fully welded design are fitted with leaf spring suspension, double-start auger flights and steering axle. They also boast independent switching on of augers and some other features for enhanced farm performance.

‘Gritan machinery is about boosted productivity and top-quality vehicles. This year, plans are afoot to sell about 80 units. We believe that our specialists feel more confident of reaching this target after such a comprehensive training’, says Nikolay Kunitsyn, Sales Director at AgroCentreLiski.
