Sugar production is a matter of equipment

Experience exchange, new accomplishments, and problems of sugar production are traditional topics of the forum. A distinguishing characteristic of this year is the demonstration of the latest equipment for cultivating and processing sugar beets.

The AgroCentreKursk Company presented agricultural equipment for raising sugar beets from leading foreign manufacturers at the forum: a Kverneland Monopill 6 S precision seed drill, an Einbock Chopstar ERS 12 hoe for row crops, a JCB Agri 531-70 telescopic handler, and a Grimme Maxtron beet harvester.

The director general of the Kursk Agro-Industrial Company, Rostislav Dalechin, was surprised when he learned that the Monopill drill on display at the AgroCentreKursk booth had already been operating on the farm for a year: the aggregate looks like it just came off the assembly line.

“The Monopill is the best machine in its class,” says Deputy Director General of the Kursk Agro-Industrial Company Aleksandr Mylchenko. “It allows maximally effective production of sugar beets.”
