370 horses

On the eve of spring fieldwork at the Voronezhagrokompleks 2014 farming exhibition, the farmers were familiarised with modern tilling, seeding, fodder procurement and dairy cattle breeding equipment, as well as plant protection products and mineral fertilisers.

The exhibition was accompanied by a horsemanship show featuring Oryol pedigreed trotters from the Khrenovsky stud farm. The AgroCentreLiski Company also brought something in the equine line to the exhibition, its 370-horse power Massey Ferguson 8690 tractor.

“This model is one of the most powerful in the world,” says Artyom Prudskikh, AgroCentreLiski sales manager. “And it’s very economical, too. Thanks to the electronic controls, it steadily adjusts the fuel injection with due regard to the engine’s rpm and workload, it can achieve this efficiency level. The tractor’s price is also attractive and amounts to 20% less than of rival models.”

The MF-8690 electronic control system effectively monitors the workload, providing a more precise depth setting and terrain following capabilities which are very important for using wide grip tools.
