Servicing options

Pre-sale preparation

Before shipping to the client, the equipment undergoes pre-sale preparation in compliance with the manufacturer’s instructions. Checks made on completeness, absence of damages and operability of all systems. Next, the initial installation begins.

Service agreement

The subscribers service agreement: fully assumes the obligations for planned maintenance, including end-of-the-season inspections. The customer gets a maintenance schedule for each machine with indication of dates and consumables needed for this period. The payment of servicing is effected for the entire period of the contract’s validity according to a schedule which the customer finds convenient.

An agreement for unscheduled servicing: an engineer travels to the customer following a call. Payment is made based on the work done. Following the contract signing, each farm is assigned a designated service engineer, “a house doctor.” He monitors the condition of the machines delivered and provides respective consultations. Should an emergency arise, a team of dedicated experts comes to the rescue.

Servicing without a contract

If a service agreement has not been concluded, the customer may, nonetheless, obtain maintenance. However, if several requests for service are received at the same time, priority is given to customers who have a signed agreement.
