An agreement for unscheduled servicing: an engineer travels to the customer following a call. Payment is made based on the work done. Following the contract signing, each farm is assigned a designated service engineer, вЂњa house doctor.вЂќ He monitors the condition of the machines delivered and provides respective consultations. Should an emergency arise, a team of dedicated experts comes to the rescue.
Servicing without a contract
If a service agreement has not been concluded, the customer may, nonetheless, obtain maintenance. However, if several requests for service are received at the same time, priority is given to customers who have a signed agreement.
