Advanced staff training

A training session for the sales representatives of AgroCentreZakharovo has been held at the Tyumen branch of the company. The specialists from Chelyabinsk and Kurgan have also participated in the event.

‘On the first day of the training, we learnt about the model range of the Amity pneumatic seed drills’, says Dmitriy Silantyev, Sales Representative of AgroCentreZakharovo, Kurgan branch, ‘the focus was on the seed drills with working width of 12 m. Further on, the presentation provided an overview of the Wil-Rich tillage tools.’

In the afternoon, the participants of the training studied the features of JCB Finance which offers a range of leasing solutions and opportunities to farmers. The sales representatives were trained to calculate lease payments and learnt about the advantages and benefits of acquiring new farm machinery through leasing.

Another highlight of the training was the overview of Kverneland machinery. The trainers told about the company’s principles of manufacturing, then focused on plough series and forage equipment, including balers, mowers, tedders, rakes and a range of new choppers. Kverneland has recently introduced choppers to the market. These machines are perfect for tidying pasture and chopping straw and stubble in the fields without any damage to the roots.
