They came, they saw, they bought

For Bryansk farmers Field Day is always a celebration, that is why every year amid the height of the season they shelve their affairs and come to the regional trade show of agricultural machinery.

Bryansk Field Day took place on July 13 in Kokino village on the farm land of Bryansk State Agrarian University. Year by year the event scale keeps growing – the invited guests were familiarised with production technologies, crop protection agents, ways of storing and processing harvest, cutting-edge agricultural machinery for all kinds of tasks.

Among dozens of dealers participated in the trade show, AgroCentre’s exposition was particularly outstanding with the Massey Ferguson 6713 tractor catching the visitors’ eye. Since the end of 2016 this machine is manufactured at the AGCO-RM plant in Golitsyno, Moscow oblast. In the Russian market the model became the first representative of the Massey Ferguson global series based on the long-term experience of the farms from around the world.

‘The Massey Ferguson 6713 tractor is an up-to-date solution for efficient work in current agricultural conditions’, says Oleg Pireyev, Head of Bryansk branch of AgroCentreLiski. ‘Among other similar machines, the model can deliver from 70 hp to 130 hp and it ensures maximum performance with minimum fuel consumption.’

The local agricultural producers were very fond of the tractor. Apparently, the machine is not going to be idle at the dealership.

‘AgroCentre is our trusted partner, we have been cooperating for 13 years’, says Aleksandr Astapechenko, Head Engineer of Krasny Oktyabr enterprise in Bryansk oblast. ‘State-of-the-art machinery is the key element of success for any farmer, that is why we keep constantly upgrading our fleet. At the moment we need a tractor that can provide up to 130 hp, so we are considering the Massey Ferguson 6713. During the trade show we could see clearly that we would not be able to find a better offer than the one from AgroCentre.’

The Massey Ferguson lineup presented by Agrocentre was expanded with the 7615 and 8737 models which gained their reputation among the local farmers a long time ago. The dealer also demonstrated the JCB 531-70 AGRI telehandler, the Horsch Joker 8RT disc harrow and the Kverneland LD plough.

For nine years Bryansk Field Day has been a great platform for communication helping to develop regional agriculture, promote innovational projects and establish contacts between organisations, enterprises and investors. Consistently increasing the interest of agricultural producers and the number of exponents – these are the evidence of the event importance. The trade show definitely has a bright future ahead.
