Massey Ferguson is back in Ryazan

In the run-up to the new season, AgroCentreZakharovo has entered into a partnership agreement with AGCO Corporation on the supply of the Massey Ferguson machinery to Ryazan oblast.

Over the sesquicentennial history of the Massey Ferguson brand, more than five million tractors and 350,000 combines have been made. Every year, AGCO Corporation manufactures about 130,000 tractors operating across all the continents.

This year, AgroCentreZakharovo has started supplying the Massey Ferguson 6, 7 and 8 Series tractors, IDEAL combine harvesters, self-propelled sprayers and tillage machinery to Ryazan farmers. The first Massey Ferguson 6713 tractor was delivered to AgroCentreZakharovo’s service centre in early January.

‘The company has been operating in Ryazan oblast since October 2021. Our brand range is gradually expanding – along with such global manufacturers as Horsch, Schulte, Einböck, Zaffrani and Trimble, we started cooperation with Massey Ferguson. AGCO Corporation’s machinery has always been famous for its reliability, high performance and cost-efficiency, so we are sure that Massey Ferguson will carve out a niche in the region’, notes Andrey Serikov, Director of Ryazan branch, AgroCentreZakharovo.

Ryazan branch of the company continues to supply the equipment necessary for the repair and maintenance of self-propelled and trailed machines. Three service stations will be available, and the dealer also furnished the spare parts warehouse with AGCO consumables – over 2,000 units.

AGCO Corporation’s representatives offered the specialists of the sales department of Ryazan branch an upgrade training course on the sales and maintenance of the Massey Ferguson machinery.

‘We are getting our branch up to scratch before the new season. This year, we will focus on promoting the Massey Ferguson brand in the region, for which reason a number of in-field demo shows are scheduled as well as participation in major exhibitions and other marketing events. About 15 Massey Ferguson machines will be supplied to Ryazan farmers in 2022’, sums up Andrey Serikov.
