Hello Kostroma!

‘Hello!’, was the welcoming answer of Kostroma to AgroCentrZakharovo which came to participate in the regional Village Day for the first time.

‘Today, we need the machines that not only meet the highest technological requirements, but also come up to the strict modern standards’, says Sergey Sitnikov, the Governor of Kostroma region.

Judging by the massive inflow of visitors at AgroCentrZakharovo stand, agricultural producers found what they were looking for.

‘We presented two models of Massey Ferguson tractors to agricultural producers from Kostroma region: the 7624 (240 hp) and the 480 Extra (130 hp)’, says Alexandr Baushin, Sales Manager of AgroCentrZakharovo. ‘These machines present a perfect combination of good price, optimal technological solutions and cost-efficiency. The Massey Ferguson brand proves that high quality and high capacity machines can be available at quite reasonable prices’.

The MF 7624 has the highest carrying capacity among the tractors of its class due to the three-point suspension. The machine is equipped with Auto-Guide automated steering system which can steer the tractor both along parallel and curved lines. Other benefits of the machine include noiseless operation and comfortable cabin which has a positive effect on the machine performance. The MF 480 Xtra was nicknamed “the Brazilian MTZ” at the Field Day Show for the similarity of the pulling capacity.

‘In terms of cabin comfort, this is a true Mercedes’, said Sergey Tikhomirov, tractor operator of Praslovskoe SPK, settling himself in the driver’s seat of the tractor with a smile.

However, comfort is not the only distinctive feature of the MF 480 Xtra. Its main advantage is the unsurpassed reliability and unique economic efficiency of the Agco Power engine proved by dozens of tests and many years of operation in agricultural enterprises all over the world. The tractor is indispensable for all types of agricultural work in combination with mounted, half-mounted and trailed machines and implements. The machine is perfect for inter-row cultivation and operates extremely well in combination with balers, fertilizer spreaders, and sprayers. The tractor is also an optimal choice for load transportation.

The Valley Irrigation systems also presented a great interest for the guests of the Show.

‘The periodic droughts have lead the agricultural producers to realize that the crops for which they did not even consider irrigation before need to be irrigated’, comments Dmitry Gerasimenko, Irrigation Systems Sales Manager of AgroCentrZakharovo. ‘Many visitors of the Show have complained that last year the potatoes “got burnt”, and many vegetable crops suffered due to the heat. We are ready to help the producers from Kostroma region with the precipitation. We offer a wide range of solutions both for small farms and large agricultural enterprises’.
