AgroCentr’s Lucky Number

The Chelyabinsk Branch of AgroCentr Zakharovo has been operating in the region for over three years. Over this time, 96 machinery units, including 63 self-propelled machines, have been supplied to the agricultural enterprises of the region. It has become a good tradition for the company to participate in the regional Field Day Trade Show, at which AgroCentr demonstrates the latest achievements in the area of agricultural machines and technology to agricultural producers. This year, the company presented seven modern agricultural machines for fieldwork.

“The Lucky Seven” , - this name was given to AgroCentre’s stand by the company’s friends and partners. The Massey Ferguson ACTIVA 7347 S combine, the Challenger Wr9740 self-propelled mower with the 910DS header, the Challenger MT 765C tracked tractor, the JCB 531-70 Agri telescopic loader, the MF 480 Хtra tractor, the Schulte cutter, and the Einbock Pneumaticstar wide-cut weeder together present the essential set suitable for many types of fieldwork.


Grain harvesters enjoyed a special popularity among the visitors. AgroCentr-Zakharovo presented the Massey Ferguson ACTIVA 7347 S combine. Sergey Chichay, Head of the Chelyabinsk Branch of AgroCentrZakharovo commented that the demand for grain harvesters in the region is growing and the existing machinery fleet needs urgent upgrading. The Massey Ferguson ACTIVA 7347 S combine is a durable and reliable machine. 80% of all the parts are galvanized, which protects the combine from corrosion. The ACTIVA 7347 S is equipped with a heavy-duty high inertia drum and an enduring concave which makes it possible to use the machine for harvesting a large range of agricultural crops.


The Challenger MT 765 C tracked tractor (320 hp) in tandem with the TopDown 500 stubble cultivator produced by Vaderstad showed impressive tillage results at the demo-show – the tillage depth reached 35 cm. The Massey Ferguson 485 together with the Schulte cutter turned bushes into sawdust before the visitors’ eyes!

Vladimir Stepanov, Director General of NPO “Sady Rossii” gave top marks to the machines. His farm is currently using a JCB loader, a Challenger 685 tractor, and a Seed Hawk seed drill from Vaderstad. ‘I’m very happy with the machines’, says Vladimir Stepanov. ‘They work immaculately! However, we are not afraid of break-downs since AgroCentr team are always on their guard.’ Sergey Melnikov, Head of SPK Podovinnoe has been working in cooperation with AgroCentr for a long time. Currently, over 30 machinery units operate on his farm.
